It will also increase the driveling angle at the pinion with respect to the driveshaft causing excessive wear on the driveshaft joints. This is due to the fact that the upper and lower control arms being of a different lengths move in two different radius planes. Adding lift without any control arm adjustmet will change the caster due to pinion rotating up as the axle droops. Tires should not have any effect on caster, you are just raising the whole vehicle up.
